INSURANCE INFORMATION

• Breakthrough Intervention, LLC is an out-of-network provider for most insures and will work to support you through the insurance reimbursement process if necessary.
• Some schools will fund ABA for your child, through the school your child attends. In most cases the school may want to do its own evaluation first.

PRIVATE PAY RATES

• $25 per 30 minute session
• $50 per hour
